transmit problem with ira confirmation

When I hit transmit I am the told turbotax needs more info. I hit continue and I am asked to confirm that my three iras are really iras. I check the confirm boxes and hit continue. I am back at the transmit screen. The above process just repeats ad repeats

Please try to go back to the retirement interview and delete an reenter the Form 1099-R and see if this will resolve your error:

 

  1. Click on "Search" on the top right and type “1099-R”  
  2. Click on “Jump to 1099-R”
  3. Delete the Form 1099-R, reenter it, and go through all follow-up questions
