I've updated to a new computer and windows 11. I've reinstalled the 2023 program from the CD (also dowloaded to see if any different results) . When I enter the activation code I get the following message
All activations for that code have been used
I've only used 5 of the 8 for 2023
Funny thing is on the old computer, I cant access 2020, 21, 22 or 23 as it wants the code and when i enter the appropriate codes for the years, same message error message.
2019 and prior on old computer work fine.
For now all I really want is the 2023 working on the new computer as when I purchase the 2024 and load it, I need to be able to access last years info into this years.
Any ideas? Can I obtain a new code to at least be able to get 2023 running?
