Transfer License TurboTax business Software LLC from my old laptop to the new laptop.

I need to transfer the license for the Turbo Tax Business LLC software from my old laptop to the new one. I transfer all the files and folder already. The original software was bought on amazon and I have the license number, however, when prompted and I entered it on my new laptop I get an error message saying that that licenses number is already in use from a different user. Can anyone help?
