Total rental and royalty expenses not adding up correctly

We rented our house for over 14 days on airbnb. We reported our income of about $600 in schedule E (Wages and Income -> Rental Property and Royalties). For Expenses, we inserted $180 for maintenance and about $640 for supplies. We elected not to deduct interest payment or any further expenses. After reporting everything, on the "Review your Rental Summary" screen, it only shows our expenses at $40. What happened? I would expect expenses to be at least as high as income.

Since this is considered "mixed use" property, then the two expenses you entered are allocated based on the # of rental days divided by the # of total days of the year.  The % is used against each of the expenses to determine the portion to be allocated to the rental days use.  You are supposed to include all expenses for the property for the year and the software will allocate the rental use portion.
