Total Itemized Deductions initially higher but had to correct Schedule A so it's now less than the Standard Deduction however Line 12 on 1040 still shows a higher amount

Total Itemized Deductions from Schedule A was initially higher than the Standard Deduction however I had to correct Schedule A so that the Total Itemized Deductions from Schedule A is now lower than the Standard Deduction of $30,700 yet Line 12 of Form 1040 remains at $32,300. Is this a bug?
