To which department of turbotax should I report turbotax program error?

My taxable income is 104,618, and according to the tax table, my tax should be around 14,500, but turbotax shows 33,325, so it is clearly an error.

The tax seems high, but is your taxable income from a self-employed (schedule C) business? If so, there is also self-employment tax in addition to the regular tax. 

If that is not the case, I would re-check your entries to make sure you didn't enter anything twice or have some other input error.

Taxable income over $100,000 does not show on the IRS tax tables for 2021.  There is a calculation process based on your filing status and range of taxable income over $100,000.  See page 15 of the 2021 IRS Tax Table:
