To what address are the 1041-ES forms filed and to what address is payment made

Filed a 1041 and turbo tax provided an address for payment of the taxes due, but did not provide any information on where the estimated tax form (the 1041-ES) for should be filed or where payments on the 1041-ES should be sent.

You will include your payment in the envelope with the vouchers they go to the same address.

You will mail your 1041-ES vouchers to the following address.

Internal Revenue Service

 P.O. Box 932400

 Louisville, KY 40293-2400

Do not send the payment voucher to the Internal Revenue Service Center where you file Form 1041. Only the U.S. Postal Service can deliver to the above address.

I sure hope the above reply is correct, because the IRS in its wisdom doesn't provide this information anywhere, neither on the estimated tax vouchers nor on either of the IRS pages that come up on a web search. (This Intuit thread is the third return on that search!)

The mailing address is shown on the IRS Form 1041-ES here (see page 3) -  https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/f1041es.pdf
