To pay by voucher do I need to send in all forms or just the payment voucher?

the IRS already accepted my forms, do I have to send the forms with the payment voucher?

If you e-filed and your return was accepted, you should not mail a paper return with your payment and voucher.

You only need to mail your payment with your 1040-V payment voucher.  Please see the below TurboTax Help article for more information.
