This year I received two W2's for the same employer/same job. One W2 was for NY and the other was for NJ. NY one had Boxes 1-6 empty. Wages were same. Can't e-file now?

Both forms are entered as one since the second without the federal filled in is simply an overflow form of the first .

You can still efile the W-2.   You received two of them because they are for two different states.  But you would still enter the federal wages and federal taxes.  When you get to the state taxes you would enter the wages made in each state and the state withholdings for that state.  You can add a line for the second state underneath the first state.
