this is not my account . Its connected to my credit karma but I already filed my taxes

I linked here from credit karma. this turbo tax belongs to someone with the same name on the other side of the country I filed my taxes already and now it keeps opening this account which is not mine help

There is something very wrong here. I filed my taxes 1/24, according to the IRS my refund is on the way 

When I log into turbo tax my return is not there and it has someone elses info, 

I cant get  a live human

Very concerned both about my refund and the fact that turbo tax is showing me someone elses SSN and detais

You can find guidance related to Credit Karma phone numbers in their How do I contact Intuit Credit Karma for help? help article.  You'll need to sign in to your account to access appropriate numbers.  Based on what you're saying, you should do this immediately.
