They rejected my state taxes several times they have recommended I file by mail but it doesn’t let me print it out?

I used turbo tax to file my nc state and federal taxes they rejected both several times they have suggested I mail it in my mail not e-file but it want let me print a state copy to mail

Why are the returns being rejected?

 

Try closing TurboTax, clear your Cache and Cookies if you are using TurboTax Online, and reopen TurboTax.  You can also try a different browser.

 

Also, make sure you have ran all updates.
