These [bleeps]!!! Worked 12 hrs on my taxes and now they can't figure out what wrong with their software and told me to delete everything and start over.

You can always select "SAVE" file at any point in your Tax Return Preparation.  I would recommend saving often as with most large computer projects. Top left corner, select "Save Tax Return".  Sorry for your issue.
