There was no option not to select "Live", I have not used it, the Downgrade support page does not work. If TT Support does not remove it I will use a different company.

The options listed in the article DO NOT EXIST!

 

There is no "File".  There is no "Start/Revisit".  There is no "Downgrade."

If you have not paid for the online edition you are using, have not filed your tax return or registered the Free edition, then you can clear your return and start over with a lower priced edition. Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the program screen while working on the 2024 online tax return. Click on Clear & Start Over.

Stop with the fraud.  All that does is put me back in the same boat of having this LIVE option force-placed on me again that I never select. You can NOT downgrade out of it and change to the DIY option simply because your company has removed the option and made it unavailable.  This is an unethical bait-and-switch tactic. This would have been my 21st year using TurboTax, but I will start over with TaxAct instead since Intuit has made fraud their business model now.
