There was an offset on my refund so I cannot pay the turbo tax fees, is there a way to make payment arrangements?

If your refund was offset and your TurboTax fees were supposed to be deducted from your refund, you will receive an email from TurboTax with instructions on how to pay your fees directly.  You should receive this email approximately 36 days after your expected refund date.  There is no way to set up an official payment plan for the fees, so I recommend you just make payments towards your fees as you are able if you are unable to pay the full balance at this time.

You can check out the TurboTax FAQ below for more information regarding this scenario.  Please feel free to comment below if you have additional questions.

Hello, my  federal  and state tax refund  was kept due to taxes I owed from  2018.  I  would like  to arrange to make payments to pay  turbo tax.  I am unable to pay all at once,  below is  my  information:

Order number: EFECD134810698
Total charges: $108.64
Debit account number: 1033
Automatic debit on: 06/05/2020

Due  to  the corona virus, my  income has   changed drastically.  I can start making  payments on 6/12/20, sending 25.00 monthly until you are paid  in full.  Thanking you in advance for  your  help
