There's no action to verify that I am not a robot and it will not let me transmit.

If the CAPTCHA is missing when you attempt to transmit your tax return, refreshing the internet browser might resolve the issue. However, if the issue persists, you may want to try a few of the following steps:

  • Logoff of your TurboTax account and clear the browser's history, cache, and cookies or
  • Login to your TurboTax account using another internet browser (i.e. Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, or Safari)
