I am horrified that a product that costs $100 has no way to contact them, without paying even more money. When I was being harassed at the beginning of trying to use the same version as last year. I asked for a call and the guy did not understand English and did not know anything about turbotax. Now, when for unknown reasons the product failes to apply my home energy credit. It fails to tell me why and there is no one to ask why thier product is not working.
They have a nasty robot that hangs up opn you even if you have a support ID
Can someone please reccomend another software to transfer to?
