There is an error with federal won’t let me continue I’m unsure of the problem

I have to correct an error and I’m not understanding what is wrong

Can you please be more descriptive on where exactly the challenge occurs? Are there messages, errors, what exactly do you mean 'won't let me continue'?  Have you already cleared your browser cache, cookies and history and closed and reopened the browser?  This fixes the majority of issues when websites aren't working as expected
