There is a "shared responsibility payment" charge on my state taxes. Anyone have this?

Which state?
There are some states such as CA, MA, and NJ, that require you to have health insurance. If you do not have health insurance they charge you a penalty which in some states is called a shared responsibility payment.

New Jersey. Does any health insurance qualify? Does it need to be through the state programs?
