The website wont allow me to pay, it reflects payment error, we are sorry we are having trouble authorizing your cc. It has been doing this since yesteday

it will not process my credit card for payment

Make certain the credit card issuer has the correct billing address/zip on file. You can also try to clear your cache and cookies, then log back in and try again.
