The Turbo Tax site is crashing Internet Explorer 11. This mail is being sent through Firefox although I really only use IE 11. Is there a fix?

Close that up TurboTax re-sign in and start over after 10 minutes try this and then you can recover everything hopefully

TurboTax doesn't seem to work at all with Firefox 64. Crash at login page. MAC OS

Try using a different browser like chrome.
