The total of my 1099-INTs shows 1,359 on Federal but Turbo Tax automatically filled in the total Massachusetts bank interest as 1,360 which is wrong. How do I fix it?

Since TurboTax has rounded, you will deduct $1 from your original entry to correct the Massachusetts return.
