The stimulus question is not taking into account the 2nd round. When I enter the amount we received for the 1st payment, it says that's all we're due to receive.

We received $3900 for the first round and are due $3000 for the second round which we have not received. When I enter that we did receive $3900, turbo tax says that's correct. Why is it not crediting the second stimulus amount of $3000?

online software has NOT been updated to accommodate the 2nd payment - be patient... the desktop version was just updated this morning

Once updated, it will ask you for each payment received separately and then you should get the correct answer,

if not, post back and we can figure it out.
