The site keeps saying "you must fix errors on this page before continuing" when I try and enter my 1098

If you copied and pasted numbers from your 1098 documents, some of those numbers are hyperlinks. If you go back through the section and manually re-enter them that should eliminate your issues (do not try to fix if from the frame under the error message).

Also, make sure there are no '0's listed. If the box is blank, leave it blank.

If that does not work, sometimes the only way to solve this problem is to delete your 1098-T and re-enter the information again, manually (do not copy and paste).

You can delete the form in TurboTax Online by:

• Open your return, if it's not already open.
• In the upper right corner, click My Account > Tools.
• Select Delete a form.
• Click Delete next to the 1098-T form you wish to delete.
