The “Saving your data” function seems to be stuck loading. I have a good connection and I’m only filing federal and state for a single year – is this a problem with the app?

This may be an issue with your web browser. Clear your browsers cookies and cache then reboot your computer. If this does not solve the issue post a reply for additional help.
