The review section is telling me that ai am missing a FED ID for a 1099R but when i review nothing is missing?

In my case (after a few correction attempts), it turned out that the missing info was the Correct Name of the 1099-R issuer, not the FED ID. (In my case, the Name should be "The Financial Service Company" for an employer's program.)
