The refunds listed on the page You're almost ready to file are not the same as the ones on the top of the form. It also says I have efiled and says Ihave not efiled

The actual amounts are the amounts shown on your federal and state tax return forms. The federal refund is on line 20 of form 1040.

If you efiled your return, you should have received two emails. The first email would have said that you submitted your return for efiling. The second email would have said whether the efiled return was accepted or rejected. Did you get those emails and what did they say?

You can also confirm acceptance of an efiled return using this link:

If you didn't get the emails and there is no record of an efiled return on the above link, then you have not efiled your return.

I am at the "You're almost ready to file" screen and the "Your Total Refund:" amount is $37 less than the Federal Refund listed at the top of the screen.  Why?  I have not added Audit Defense or any other addition.  My Deluxe copy of Turbotax should include Federal Returns + Federal E-File.

Are you paying your Turbo Tax fees with your refund?  There may be a charge for this service, depending on your situation and which add-ons you choose. We'll display the fees, if any when you get ready to file.

To review your fees within TurboTax, please see our Help Article here.

I have the same question.  Except the difference displayed is on my State Refund.  I cannot find any help.
