The refund amount on the ribbon, does your website reflect taxes owed previous year the taxpayer is paying currently or does this only reflect the current year taxrefund?

if you are on a repayment plan for prior years, TT does not reflect that

So even though TT says you are due a refund, it is possible the IRS will keep that refund and post it against taxes owed from prior years.

TurboTax never knows if you owe from a past year.  The results you are seeing are ONLY for your 2019 tax return.    If you are getting a refund for 2019, but still owe for a past year, your refund will be offset for the amount you still owe.

NOTE: You can contact the IRS Treasury Offset Program Call Center at 1-800-304-3107 to ask if they have an offset for you on file. TurboTax would not have that information.
