The product switch option in the "left menu" that all the help forums direct one to is missing. Anyone know how I can downgrade my version back to basic?

If you are using the TurboTax online web-based edition for tax year 2024, you must be signed onto the 2024 tax return.  You must enter some personal information before any of the links on the left side of the screen will be available.
