The oversea express mail service told me I couldn't send to a PO box. How can I get the street address of Franchise Tax Board, PO Box 942840, Sacramento, CA xxxxx-xxxx

thanks for the reply! however, the international express mail service told me it still doesn't work. they need the exact street address for the delivery. IS there any phone number I can call to find out?

You can ask the California FTB directly what street address they want you to use to send the packet.

The link below is for the Customer Service contact phone page at the California FTB website. 

There is a USA phone number and a number for international callers.   Be mindful of phone toll charges if you have to wait on hold.

Be aware you may be able to avoid a phone call.   They also have a chat option during business hours on weekdays.

       With "General Chat" (for general info) you could ask about the proper street delivery address without the need to have a MyFTB account (which is for specific and confidential personal account chat.)   While I am seeing the description of General Chat, I'm not seeing the General Chat button right now at this time of night, but perhaps it doesn't display until Customer Service is open and available for chat.
