The last step asks me "Fix Federal Return" or "File by Mail" What should I do when it asks "Check This Entry? I'm a low-income freelancer who paid for e-filing, Plz help

I'm a low-income freelancer. However, as a self-employed person, I paid for an e-filing tax return.
The final step in filing is asking me to "Fix Federal Return" or "File by Mail".
I tried to do it several times but I could not understand it.
Instead of zero, what should I put in "Check this entry"?

Again, my choice is an e-file, so I paid to file my tax return without further effort.

I am waiting for your help, thank you

Thank you Michelle to reply,
It asked for the lines:
- Line 22 (then it refers to line 5a)
- Line 18 (then it refers to line 3)
- Line 20 (then it refers to lines 15 to 17)
I appreciate your helping

Since we are not able to see your information in this public forum, can you clarify, which section of TurboTax does it have you re-check your entries? Have you revisited the section to double-check all the entries? You'll want to make sure there are no extra spaces or characters as well.

I'm not sure, but I've probably revise something once or twice. But now everything is filed correctly.
I really do not understand the lines I said. They are 0 now.

Will TurboTax refund the $140 that I paid them for e-filing if I decide to mail my Tax return to the IRS?
