The IRS says the return that I e-filed does not match what TurboTax Online shows me. How can I fix this?

I filed a 2019 return in February 2020 and received a refund. After receiving an additional tax document from my employer, I filed an amended return in September using TurboTax Online. This return indicated that the IRS owes me an additional $6, however the IRS sent me a bill for $7625. I have spoken to the IRS twice, and they are telling me that my return indicates that I owe $7625 even though I am looking at the return and it does not. $7625 is the exact tax amount, before credits and prepaid taxes. How can I get this corrected?
