The IRS says my agi is wrong for 2018 but its not

The IRS says my ago from 2018 is wrong. I am pulling it straight from my taxes from 2018. I have tried 4 times, I even put zero in once because the qa said that might help but it did not.

do u have ur 2018 tax form in front of u?  can u see ur agi number?  also, there is a prompt while doing ur taxes where it tells u ur 2018 agi.  if that doesnt work, request the irs' copy of ur 2018 tax form.  if it still doent jive with ur number, i suggest not filing electronically.  that way u dont have to submit the agi number.  this is also my biggest bane.

You can try to log into your TurboTax account and pul up the 2018 tax return in Your tax returns & documents.

If this does not work, you can also go to the IRS website and request a copy of the transcript for 2018.  Please see the attached help document for instructions on how to do this.

Your 2018 AGI should be listed on your 2019 Taxes (not 2018).   Try using the AGI you have listed on your 2019 return.
