The import feature for my 1099-DIV and 1099-INT does not work. Would prefer not to have manually enter all the figures. Any ideas? Please advise.

I tried searching for the form in the search box to jump to the import section and the import failed. I also confirmed that my broker is a TurboTax partner.

That sounds quite unusual. I would first look to see if you antivirus software is blocking by turning it off temporarily while you try.

The next thing I would check to see if you computer or router firewall may be stopping the communication with the external services that provides the DIV and INT information.
