The form "Tax Withholding by Quarter" works incorrectly

The form "Tax Withholding by Quarter" works incorrectly. It shows:

 

Enter your total withholding for all four quarters. Do not include any estimates. Enter zeros for periods for which there was no withholding.

Note: The total withholding you enter below must equal $XXX.

 

The problem is that $XXX does't match withheld taxes in imported W-2 forms.

 

I do not trust TurboTax to file my taxes when they can't even sum up two numbers.

1. Did you "import" the W-2s or did you type them in by hand?

 

2. Did you include all withholding on all forms with withholding, like 1099s, and W-2Gs?
