Why are you trying to use FedEX ?   Go to the post office and use a tracking service ... do not waste money on overnight express anything ... they have not been opening up mail for weeks so speed is not needed.    https://www.usps.com/taxes/

If the mailing address for your federal tax return is Kansas City, use the following address if you are sending it by FedEx.

Kansas City - Internal Revenue Submission Processing Center
333 W. Pershing,
Kansas City, MO 64108

FedEx is what the IRS calls a Private Delivery Service. The addresses to use for sending federal tax returns by a Private Delivery Service are listed at the following link.

Submission Processing Center Street Addresses for Private Delivery Service (PDS)

These addresses are only for Private Delivery Services. If you are sending your federal tax return by mail, use the address on the filing instructions that TurboTax printed, or find the address at the following link.

So post office will not give me a problem with mailing with no street address or p.o. box?

@Mail2Tina  No, the post office will not give you a problem. They know all about the IRS addresses and they will handle it. Obviously the IRS gets huge amounts of mail at those addresses.
