The Easy Extension page appears to be malfunctioning - it is indicating that the deadline for filing an extension has passed, even though there is still more than a month

The Easy Extension page is not malfunctioning.  It is still in 2018 mode.  It is not yet available for 2019 extensions.  It will be available later in March.
