The “double-click to select the form” field doesn’t respond, blocking me from assigning income. Please advise or escalate.

Hi TurboTax Support, I'm encountering a bug in the "Other Income" section where it says: Required: double-click to select the form on which to report this income However, the field is just a plain text box — double-clicking does nothing. It appears that the UI is expecting a form selection popup, but it doesn’t trigger, making it impossible to proceed or assign the $606.31 to the correct schedule. I've tried: Double-clicking with both mouse and trackpad Using a different browser Clearing cache and cookies None resolved the issue. This seems like a UI bug that breaks the workflow. Please advise or escalate this to engineering.

what box ?

if it's the small square other income box the double -click doesn't apply that's only to for schedule C or F.

if it is c or f - put the mouse pointer in the rectangular box  (should be pink or red) then double-click. you should see a new window. highlight the form with your mouse and then click on ink. this only fills in the info you provided and creates a schedule C or F  (don't use the wks) which you must highlight with your mouse to complete

hope this helps.
