The data turbotax imported from my financial institution doen't match the data on the institution website or the printed docs I received? Box 12 and Box 13 on1099-DIV

Downloads sometimes do not work properly.  It is important to go through the download data and make any corrections needed.

If the downloaded 1099-DIV does not match your form, you will need to edit it in TurboTax so it agrees. For a direct link to edit your 1099-DIV in TurboTax Online, please click here.
