The app is asking me to enter a value from the 1095-A form. I was given a 1095-C and do not have any value to enter where it keeps asking. Should I have a different form?

You do not enter anything from your 1095-C.  If you didn't get a 1095-A, just answer "No" to that question "Did you receive Form 1095-A for your health insurance plan" and you are finished with that.

How do I get back to that question to answer no? I must have accidentally answered yes. 

Try this:

 

Do a Search (upper right) for 1095-a, and click on the jump-to link

 

The first screen will ask you if you received a 1095-A. Answer "No".

 

To make sure that this form is gone, do the following after you answer "No":

 

*** Desktop***

1. go to View (at the top), choose Forms, and select the desired form.

2. Note the Delete Form button at the bottom of the screen.

 

*** Online ***

1. go to Tax Tools (on the left), and navigate to Tools->Delete a form

2. delete form(s) 1095-A (if one)
