The 2210 form for Underpayment of Estimated taxes. I have no underpayment of taxes but I can’t get the software to compute the estimated taxes & pension taxes withheld

Do I need to complete a 2210 Underpayment of Estimated Taxes if I paid taxes and with held from distributions?

It depends. If the program isn't forcing it on you, you don't need to file.

The form 2210 is used to see if you need to pay a penalty or to request a waiver. You could have a refund and still owe a penalty for not paying taxes early enough in the year. Generally, if you owe less than $1,000, it isn't necessary.
