The 1099 MISC that I have is for a medical payment for cancer. How do I enter and is it taxable

Yes, it is taxable. You would enter the 1099-MISC as listed on the FAQ listed below. Keep in mind any medical expenses you incur out of pocket can be claimed as an itemized deduction on your schedule A, subject to 10% of your AGI. You may be able to offset some of the payment you received on the 1099-MISC by listing your medical expenses.
