Perhaps this procedure will help.
With TurboTax Online open,
- Click the Pick up where you left off button, if it’s present
- Click the Search box at the top of the screen
- Type form 1099-s in the search box
- Click Jump to form 1099-s
- Answer Yes on the Did you sell stocks, mutual funds, bonds, or other investments in 2020? screen
- Answer Other on the OK, what type of investments did you sell? screen, then Continue
- Begin entering your information on the Tell us more about this sale screen
