Tech support asked to download screen share app Glance but it is does not work.

$ /Users/user/Downloads/GlanceGuest.app/Contents/MacOS/GlanceGuest

One of the two will be used. Which one is undefined.

You might try the steps listed on the Glance website or the troubleshooting steps on this page if you haven't already.

@MonikaK1 Unfortunately your response is not helpful. Only very generic items are listed, which don't mention any errors I am observing. In addition Glanse support hasn't responded on the ticket I filed and email I sent several days ago.
