I dont know why my taxes keep getting rejected please help

You received a rejection email that we cannot see.  Please tell us word for word what it says so we know how to help you.

Did you enter in the correct amount for your AGI on your prior year return?  If you did not file a return last year or if it hasn't processed yet, enter 0 and resubmit it.
