Taxes done wrong through turbo tax

I used turbo tax to file my 2021 taxes. I live in Kentucky but work in Indiana.  I pay my resident state taxes  but turbo tax said I had to file with Indiana state.  Well now Indiana wants a payment from me that I don't owe.  Is there anyway to get any assistance from turbo tax about this before Indiana garnishes or freezes my account?

Kentucky & Indiana have a reciprocal agreement so you only had to file the resident KY return.  If you had IN taxes withheld by accident you could file a non resident IN return to get the withholdings back.  In fact if the IN employer is withholding taxes in error file the form WH-47 with said employer.
