Taxable period in GA and PA

Resident of GA (Jan-Sep2021) and PA (Feb or Mar2022).  In between residing in temporaru lodging awaiting completion home in PA.  What would be indicate on Federal and/or state tax forms?

If your temporary housing is in Pennsylvania then you are a part-year resident of each state.  If your temporary lodging is in Georgia then you are a full time resident of Georgia for 2021.
