Tax Year Prior to 2020: Why am I having to pay so much on my Alabama state taxes, what changed from last year?

It is hard to say what has changed from last year to this years return since we do not have access to your returns. The best thing you can do is print out your 2018 and 2019 returns and compare them side by side to see where the differences are.
