Tax Year Prior to 2020: When I check the status of my NYS refund it says “The information you have entered does not match our records.” But everything matches what TurboTax submitted to them

Have you entered your ID information. If you are having a refund NY requires that you entered details of your state ID. Make sure you are entering the information as required.

I’ve recently found out NYS is having technical issues with their website and this same problem is happening to a lot of people. They also said the issue would be fixed quickly. We’ll see. It’s been 3 days that I’ve noticed a issue.

I am having the same issue. When I enter my info, I get this message: The information entered doesn't match the amount on your New York State return. I called them and they told me my return is being reviewed.

Same here. There telling me that in their system it gives the “we have received your return and it may require further review” message but to wait longer for the online information to update (makes no sense to me). I will say that I got the same status last year when I filed and like two days before I received my return it told me it was approved and the date it would be direct deposited.
