If you didn't pay any out-of-pocket share for the Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System (AHCCCS) coverage, then you will enter a zero.  This is just for the health insurance portion.  If you had to pay any type of co-pay to a healthcare professional, do not put that amount in the health insurance section.
