Tax Year Prior to 2020: How do I change my email address because I had changed emails

TurboTax makes it easy to change your email address when you need to. To do so, please follow the steps below:

 

• Login to your TurboTAx account (with your current email address if needed).
• On the lower left corner of the screen select Intuit Account
• Click edit next to the email address line
• Enter your new email address there, and confirm it
• Enter in your password
• Click save (do not forget to do this or it will not update)

I have appointment 2/17/20 @ 11:30 am and the confirmation was not sent to the correct email address: 

[email address removed] is an address that I do use but the one I use with Turbo Tax and get all my information from Turbo Tax is:

[email address removed].

How did you find or use this other address?

Confused enough already.
